Connolly Hospital has never had in stock, at any time, any of the recalled hip replacement Model DePuy ASR AX Acetabular System as per the HSE announcement last week.

We wish to inform any of our hip replacement patients that they did not receive the model above in their procedure and therefore will not be recalled for assessment.
